Stainless Steel Filter Technical Parameters
Oct 05, 2025
Filter Mesh Size: 50-1000μm
Backwashing Time: Approximately 23 seconds per backwash cycle
Inlet/Outlet Diameter: In principle, the inlet/outlet diameter of the filter should not be smaller than the inlet diameter of the matching pump, and is generally consistent with the inlet pipe diameter.
Nominal Pressure: The pressure rating of the filter is determined according to the highest pressure that may occur in the filter pipeline.
Meat Count Selection: Primarily considers the particle size of impurities to be intercepted, and is determined based on the process requirements of the media flow. Refer to the table "Filter Mesh Specifications" below for the particle size that various wire mesh specifications can intercept.
Filter Material: The filter material is generally selected to be the same as the material of the connected process pipeline. For different service conditions, cast iron, carbon steel, low alloy steel, or stainless steel filters can be considered.
Filter Resistance Loss Calculation: For water filters, under normal calculated rated flow rates, the pressure loss is 0.52~1.2kPa.
